David S. Wolfman is an expert in Navigating Conflict and Managing Organizational Change and Transition. He’s a certified mediator, William Bridges Instructor in Managing Organizational Change & Transition, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and is a Myers Briggs (MBTI) certified Practitioner. Having served as the Director of the Reform Movement’s Commission on Rabbi – Congregational Relations for over 15 years, Rabbi Wolfman has a unique insight into lay/clergy relations and is widely recognized as an expert and a leader in this field.

With a background as a rabbi and teacher for over 30 years, he has unique insights into the “Human Side of Change” ®. He’s built an international reputation for creating relationships and managing the delicate balance needed for groups with divergent views to find a way forward to new possibilities. Rabbi Wolfman trained in mediation and negotiation at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and at Mediation Works, Inc. in Cambridge, MA. He’s taught Transition Management courses throughout North America and the UK.
