He’s a certified mediator, William Bridges Instructor in Managing Organizational Change & Transition, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and is a Myers Briggs (MBTI) certified Practitioner. Having served as the Director of the Reform Movement’s Commission on Rabbi – Congregational Relations for over 15 years, Rabbi Wolfman has a unique insight into lay/clergy relations and is widely recognized as an expert and a leader in this field.
With a background as a rabbi and teacher for over 30 years, he has unique insights into the “Human Side of Change” ®.
