Change is easy. It happens in a moment. Transition, on the other hand, takes a long time and is the psychological and “Human Side of Change”®. Change is ordinarily good, except when it is implemented too quickly or poorly. Furthermore, unmanaged Transition tends to make the needed change not likely to work.

I am a certified trainer for the William Bridges method of Managing Organizational Change. I start with a systematic diagnosis of your current status and issues/symptoms. This includes determining the leadership style and group dynamics at play as well as paying special attention to the narrative of the congregation/organization and those of your staff, leadership and members. Because I have formal training and a deep social understanding of how to help people work together, I can help you craft a plan that encompasses your key variables and brings you to new beginnings.
